Chapters Transcript Unpacking Back to Symposium So we have in this particular unit, two cases. Now you may have something that looks a bit different. But in this one, we have these two cases, I'm gonna go ahead and start by grabbing the brain case, the smaller case here and setting that up on a table. I'm just getting it there with the lid off these little latches. And you'll notice on this side there's little hinges, pop that right off and just set that aside and you have these face plates here that pop right off like that. I like to set those right with the lid. So you don't, don't lose them. Now, we'll consider this to be the front because it is and this to be the back because it is the power cable here and we're not gonna connect things yet. Uh And it'll be a little bit later. We're just gonna get things unpacked. So now we've got our brain case ready to this point. We'll go over to the other case unpack that. So here we have a pelican case will unlatch. No, no, no, no, no, no. And here we are with something that looks like this. I'm going to start with the tripods, it should be two tripods. Well, well, we'll go to the cameras. This is vital. This is, this is vital because we've experienced cameras breaking the past due to proper improper handling. The proper way to handle these is to gently grab by the arms like so and pull up until you can reach the base, then handled by the base, bring that over and just notice the camera is labeled camera two with an IP address. You may not need to know that, but you may need to know that and you'd work with our technicians to identify you can address uh by that. So to get this on a tripod, see the clip open like that and the plate on the bottom is gonna fit. Here we go side by side and then you wanna make sure that that snug by handling the base, never handle the PTZ by the head. All right, there we go. Ok. You can just go through following your checklist, the inventory list. What I'm handling here are the two wireless mic units, these boxes are labeled, but if you open them up, you should have my desk where it's together. This is the ones and this is the choose one receiver, two transmitters per unit, the cables that go with them. We got those out the USB HDM I monitor and that ought to sit nicely up on top of our brain case. If we make room like, so we can just lay this here, lay that there and there's that, we'll grab our keyboard, we can leave our wired one in there unless we decide we need it. If you have a wired one or maybe your own also a wired mouse in here, we can keep those in there and just grab this wireless keyboard and mouse pad place that there. Uh There is also, in this case, a monitor holder, you may find this useful. You may not, if you have one, you can use it if you want. I'm gonna keep this in here. Now. There's also I'm just gonna point out these remote controls for the cameras. We can keep those in there for now. Unless we need them, we'll take out our cables. So here we have these USB C to a cables for the cameras and they're not always necessary. So we'll keep these in the case power adapter cables for the cameras also not always necessary. I'll get to that later. We'll keep these in the case here. We have a network cable. We'll need this to connect to your network, your local area network, to the internet, to our brain case. We have a USB audio interface device. We'll set that next to our brain case, the USB charger smart charger and we're not connecting things yet. We'll get to that in a bit. We're just unpacking at this point, right. So we have these two XL R to RC A mail and then adapted to an eight inch photo. Two of those and those go over with our audio interface, two at least 25 ft ethernet cables, two power extension cables and those who would be for our cameras and they are not always necessary. So we'll keep them in the case. A 20 at least 25 ft SD I cable and at least 25 ft HDM I cable. We'll check this case and see. Is there anything else that we have on the list? The inventory packing sheet that we haven't crossed off yet. We'll make note of that and I see that there is the little pouch with keys that's for the brain case, but it looks like we've just completed the unpacking. And so we'll go back over to our table and start to connect cables. Published Created by
